Script for Waltz of the Flowers 

The waltz of the flowers begins with a seed.  Pretend that you’re a tiny seed, hiding underground waiting to grow into a beautiful flower

Listen to the harp and it will tell you when to sprout up from underground.

And the tiny seedling grows and grows into a beautiful tall flower.

The flower looks around and says hello to all the other flowers in the garden.  So many beautiful colors, they’re so happy to be alive and in the sun. And they begin to dance together.

They’re having so much fun that they break into song. “Waltzing with my friends, waltzing with my friends, waltzing with my friends, makes me very happy, waltzing with my friends, waltzing with my friends, waltzing with my friends, makes me very happy today!”

Now the flowers look around and listen.  They hear and see some beautiful birds joining them in the garden.  And the flowers and the birds continue to waltz together.

 “Waltzing with my friends, waltzing with my friends, waltzing with my friends, makes me very happy, waltzing with my friends, waltzing with my friends, waltzing with my friends, makes me very happy today!”

And the flowers and birds look around and notice the most beautiful butterflies flying around the garden.  And the butterflies join in the dance. And pretty soon the bumblebees are dancing with them too. And there are even some creepy crawly spiders dancing along.

But who is that? A big fluffy kitty cat sneaks into the garden.  “Oh no,” think the flowers, “will the cat come and stamp us flat? What will we do?”

And now you must determine what will happen at the end of the story...
